City of Norfolk Pet-Friendly Emergency Evacuation Shelters

The City of Norfolk has Pet-Friendly shelters in the event evacuations are recommended or required.  Please visit the City's website for more details on locations and restrictions. ​Owners are responsible for taking care of their own pets and providing food and medication.

 

Service animals are permitted at all shelters.
